These Terms of Service govern your use of laundryserviceagency.com and any services purchased from Laundry Service Agency ("we," "us," or "our"). By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
We provide local SEO services for laundromat businesses, including but not limited to: local landing page creation, Google Business Profile optimization, link building, and monthly reporting. The specific scope of services is confirmed at the time of purchase.
The monthly retainer continues on a month-to-month basis. Either party may cancel with 30 days written notice sent to hello@laundryserviceagency.com. There are no long-term contracts.
All pages, content, and assets created for your website remain yours. Upon cancellation, ongoing link building, content updates, and monthly reporting stop. We do not remove or hold hostage any work already delivered.
Search engine rankings are determined by Google and other third parties outside our control. We do not guarantee specific ranking positions, traffic levels, or revenue outcomes. We apply proven SEO practices but cannot guarantee results within any specific timeframe.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Laundry Service Agency's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or our services is limited to the total amount you paid us in the three months prior to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.
Any dispute arising from these terms or our services will be resolved through binding arbitration in Pennsylvania, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive the right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
